Resilience Recovery offers a 12 week rolling programme.
The groupwork programme is delivered weekly for 3 hours on a Friday evening.
The group will support you in recognising and understanding your cravings. It will allow you to explore your relationship with drugs/alcohol, with a view to taking control back of your life.
