At times it may be difficult for a peer mentor to inform their manager if they are struggling with the workload, the environment or their own previous drug use. This service is independent of the organisation, and allows the peer mentor to feel safe and seek support.

Enigma can facilitate twice weekly or monthly supervision for peer mentors, offering independent support and guidance to manage the transfer to a work setting. It will incorporate skills for life coaching, as well as clinically supporting the peer mentor with service user issues.
